The withdrawal deadline is the date by which:
(1) payment must be received to secure continued enrolment into the following term; or
(2) an online notice of withdrawal must be submitted and acknowledged to secure a refund of fees already paid
When your child joins the College, one of the 'Terms and Conditions' agreed by parents is that one term's notice, via submission of a Notice of Withdrawal online form, must be given prior to the leaving date. If this is not provided, the College will retain the term fees paid in advance.
Notice must be given by submitting an online Notice of Withdrawal form via the portal (parent log-in required) by the deadlines indicated below. No other form of notice will suffice.
Notification will then go to the relevant school office(s) and leaving reports will be compiled. Please direct any requests regarding these reports directly to your grade secretary or school office.
